Hi Zen,
GCMS are your case notes (notes the case officer enters into the system I think), Canadian residents or citizens (Sponsors) can request this on behalf of the Principal Applicant. Takes around one month to get this by mail, from date of request. I dont have the URL handy right now...
And, no I didnt contact a MP... that would have been my next step if we hadn't got a DM ...
Now waiting for the passport to comeback with the visa

Guys I received my PPR today.. My file in In process as on 15th FEB. What is the best way to send passport to New Delhi and do i need to mention Post box in the address

By registered post. Mention the same address as on the bottom of the letter they email you. Including the PO box number.

Best way is via BLUE DART.. Include whole address including PB..
It will be delivered next day.

Don't worry nowadays they are clearing all the Inprocess applicants and also outstanding economic and non-economic categories who have exceeded their maximum processing time waiting for the updates since 2012 beginning.

I tried to stay away from the forum and ECAS but I just can't help it.

SRNizami got a reply but it's so frustrating for her too.

My husband went to the MP again to ask what is happening with my file. No reply from them yet. They said NDVO can take up to 2 weeks to reply to even MP query!

Anyone else recently queried through MP?

Hey which MP did ur hubby contact?? Coz my hubby got a reply within 2 days..infact they helped us with our problem regarding my husband's divorce certificate.ndvo was not accepting the certificate which we had submitted...they requested for the same thrice..so we had to take MPs help...the MP office emailed ndvo n they replied within a day saying they have accepted the certificate and I jus have to.wait for a reply...and within 3 days I got DM.

That's really good to hear! I guess this is evidence that MP's enquiry can get things moving in NDVO!
