New Delhi - 2012 applicants

India is one of the such country were lots of different languages spoken and festivals are celebrated so some festivals are celebrated in north India and some in south India like Pongal festival was celebrated this 14th Jan 2013 in most of the south India but Canadian Embassy in New Delhi was open but Republic day is a official Government declared holiday and last year during republic day Canadian Embassy ND was closed so 25 Jan 2013 Embassy is closed and as ecas is not reliable same thing holidays are also not reliable.

Gulzar, I see your wait has just started. You are lucky to have applied in the times where processing time for sponsor is not as bad as ours. I sincerely hope that you do not have to wait that long. And I am sue you won't. If you are working already, dont quit till you get PPR. I did that mistake and trend changed during my time. But All the best to our first Jan 13 applicant.

But seriously after waiting for as much time as some of us did. You tend to loose it.
By this time..most of your forum buddies have already got visas, and have moved on with their lives. And you are just waiting and waiting and waiting with no clarity. Totally at the mercy of changing rules and mood swings of NDVO.

So guys don't really ask us to be positive and happy, we are already trying hard...I am this close to breaking glassware in the house.

This unfortunately is the only place to share and most most importantly vent...So yes we are going to yell and post crying smilyes for some time. But we are really happy at the same time for those who get visas.

Wat u say is right mumble, i got PP requst in Sept 12 and thought that max by Dec i will get a response...i quit my job on 15 Nov 12 and m serving a notice period of 90 days...my last working day is 14-feb-13 and so far no update...

When i asked my manager to call back by resignation thinkin i will work a lil longer; now my manager says if u wanna continue, u will hav to giv a commitment of 1 yr... m caught now..

Hey June!! Unfortunately i could not Inblox you your questiong regarding Divorce Papers.

Matter of fact is that,
My wife already had her interview on July.2012 everything was perfect, but as per VO he thinks my divorce paper is not sufficient, and advise my wife that we will send you a letter and provide your husband previos marriage papers,
In my case i have a uncontested divorce, so there is no other clause such as child support or spousal support, as we do not have child and our marriage is not last for long as we do not have a mutual understanding, after the seperation i have made a several attempts to get together again, but it did not work out, so we finally go get the uncontested divorce.

When i have submitted my wife immigration file, i have only attached the divorced certificate as i believe this is sufficient paper to prove that i am divorced in canada, VO asked for petition paper, and we have mailed them accordingly within a time fram set by a VO in August.

Since then i have not heard anything back for CIC-ND

ecas indicates that we have started processing your file on 10th September 2012.

Do i mail the GCMS note.
I am really fed up with conservative immigration system..

Hi , your case looks same as mine .. I am Feb 2012 appilicant ... Had an interview in Aug 2012 , during the interview additional document was requested , which I submitted in Sept 2012 . Since then just waiting .... From ur exp , I can say for sure we have the common VO ...

I have been reading dis forum since more then 6 months ..... My heart sinks whenever I see DM for the ones who had applied much later then me . But I explain myself that MERA NUMBER BHI AAYEGA .

But now I see many still waiting to get blessed ...

That's crazy! They haven't started this yet? Then why ask for PP? Then again, when were the notes generated?
