No Nebula, i am preti positive that i will get some news from NDVO within a week or two.

I did go thru my MP last week but the only reply that i got back was that they didnt open my file as of yet..

Will wait for couple of weeks and will try to go thru the MP channel again....

You should be happy that there is at-least some type of movement in your case...m sure that movement is positive.....

I contacted MP regarding any updates of my case but the stupid MP topd me to call him after 6 months...he was not ready to help at all...in many threads I have read that MPs have helped them who has the same timeline as mine...I m losing my patience now and every hour I check my status if it has Been updated or not...my ecas status has not updated since the medical results have been received and the stupid MPs dont want to work...i dont understand wt to do...

i am March 9th applicant and there are others in late feb and early march that are still waiting for there initial review..

I understand its frustrating when you get a call from NDVO and no change there after...

I am sure they must hav opened up your file and decided to ask few questions to get there answers clear...

They are probably working on Backround check that might take a week or two depending on the area you live..work experience and all ..

Usually MP out there are really helpful, especially mine was..he got back to me in 2 business dayz...

your time frame tash is right up there..i am sure we are all at the border to get our final call from NDVO...

just hang in there and cheer up....

DMz are usually highlighted on the WEEKENDS not weekday...haha.

Tash, i am from west Brampton..

If you are not from this area then the MP from west brampton wont be able to help you out..

Cuz when you call the MP to book an appointment the first thing they will ask you is your Postal code to determine whether you are in there area or not...

As per Courier Company Blue Dart the documents are reached at NDVO but my doubt is as I have not mentioned Post Box no in address. So whether at gate of High Commission they would be able to send at right VO

It does'nt matter tht you mentioned PO BOX in address or not. First of all CHC ND do not accept any by hand delivery and there are many people who sending there passport's thru Bluedart so Bluedart ppl knows where to deliver the package for CHC. i m not sure but as far as my knowledge they drop the package in the mailbox and CHC ppl collect all the packages from there so there is no chance of missing of any package.
