Does anybody has a format of e-letter that need to written to MP.

What information do we need to provide regarding the case?

If anybody who sent an email and can share one, I would appreciate that.

In addition to what gr_mehrotra has mentioned I attached my own salary slips of last 3 months, employment certificate, bank statements, & return tickets.
rest all depends on luck

i have one question how long does it take from now? if i can get the average number of days. i want to go to india to get her when she gets her visa.

It normally takes around 2 months after your PPR....As ND is issuing visa to the ppl who sent their PP in June....

Hello friends,

can I send my passport from USA to cic office in new delhi. I received passport request recently and ready to mail it to new delhi. as per my knowledge cic office in new delhi cant mail the passport back to countries other than india/nepal and bhutan but I guess its okay to MAIL MY passport from USA TO NEW DELHI.

also it came to my knowledge that the passport will be mailed to canada consular office of my home country once decision is made and I have to pick it up from there. Now since I am not in my home country can i send a representative to pick my passport. Do i need to send an authorization letter for that. Any idea

If you are from Nepal, ND will send your pp to canada consular office in nepal and you can write one authorization letter for your parents to collect your pp.
but i would suggest you to ask for extension for ppr to prevent any hurdle in case of interview. if you submit your pp now and got interview invitation, you will have to ask ND to send your pp to your parents then your parents will have to send pp to USA.
you have two options and you can pick any one

need help i got bet with someone and i need urgent answer if ur 100% sure
if someone comes in canada on spouse sponser and they get divorced all sudden is it possible to deport him back to his country?
please tell me.otherwise.i.will lose 300 dollar

If the person has got VISA, he is a permanent resident of Canada,so cannot deport him back.

As long as person got their Permanent Residence and morovr he is already landed here, You wont be able to deport him...

you need to write one simple email with requesting your MP to contact cic on your behalf. write about your situation.. something like

" my name is............and im a constituent in your area and my spouse is a Indian citizen. i am sponsoring my spouse and requesting your help regarding getting information of my spousal sponsorship application status. we sent our application to mississauga on.............and our application was transferred to New Delhi VO for his/her PR processing. we didnt hear anything from ND VO and getting worried because all applicants who applied during same time got approval already. i have attached my consent form with email to authorize you to contact CIC on my behalf.

yes you need to provide all details about sponsor and applicant as well.

, you need to print this form and fill question no. 1-4 and 7 for sponsor and leave 5 and 6 blank.
for question 7, sponsor is supposed to sign that box because sponsor is applicant here
