i received my passport back this morning after waiting for exactly 200 days thanks everyone for your help and support throughout the whole process! we are not planning to move yet, so we will be on this forum most of the time, until you all get your visas!

Did u received your passport?
Just one small question exactly how much time do Vo takes to decide that interview or any extra document is required after sending passport.
Hope we all hear something good atleast Inprocess on Ecas. Best Of Luck to all

yes i received my passport today time taken for interview depends on your case, i got interview letter right after 1 month of PPR but others waited for 3-4 months. if you have included enough proof to prove your relationship and support your answers in application forms, they will process your application very fast. we should try to make it very simple and strong

In how many days did u receive ur passport back....and ya...my canadian address is incomplete on ECAS....should i upadate it or leave it....

hi kanika, it took 7 days including 3 holidays after showing DM on the ECAS. they update ECAS very late, my visa was stamped on aug 3, 2012 and they updated my ecas to "in process" on 4th and DM on 6th.
address is not a problem, i also have city, province and country only. just relax, you will get your passport back soon

I got DM today i sent my PP on 26 July, Does it mean that it is approved or is there a reason for me to be worried still... and how long does it take for us to get the passport back..
