New Delhi - 2012 applicants

Good morning guys,
I have a question.When my ppassport request came from NDVO in may my agent asked me to submit a new police cert as its valid for only one year and mine was expiring in june 2012.I didnt submit a new one cuz the visa office didnt ask for it as in the passport request letter they just need a police cert fr the countries in which we hav stayed fr more than 6 months i.e if we didnt submit it along with our application,my agent was also fine with it as maybe she also felt i might get an update within a month, but the strike spoilt everything.And now aft looking at my E-CAS status which is application received medical results have been received fr the past 8 months with no change did i make a mistake by not submitting a new police cert?? Is it ok if i send one now or should i wait for an email from them askin for a new one?? Plz help!! Huh Embarrassed Embarrassed

Well being an Immigration consultant i can only advise you to wait till their next instructions. Mine is also the same case. My hubby's medical expired in June 2013 and pcc expired in Sept 2013. But in their call and interview letter they did not mention about the both. One more thing if your eligibility is clear then they wont require but if ur application is under process then they might ask for it but may be on later stage. Few of our clients re- submitted these docs but on their instructions, so do not worry about it
