Yes I was meeting him I would fly down once in ayear an stay for 4-6 weeks but
For the past 2.5 yrs I have been in india just to show and prove the stupid ppl at ndvo tht raltionshiop and marrige is genuine. In the first application they didn't think we were compaticale and all this bull s*it

Did you show them all the proofs??can you stay in india for more than 3 weeks when your application is in process??

Got the passport and visa and COPR today at 5pm!

Offically done with Step 2 of becoming a Canada PR!

Now, only thing left to do is land and complete the final Step 3!

After I got your PM I knew today was going to be the day for you to get it in the mail! Congrats. Looks like a few people got some action this week. Hoping for more next week from others.

Yes we showed a lot of proof...!!!!!!! So many papers an documents we have also gotten 2 laywers one in toronto and another chandigarh. I have been living in canada for last 26 yrs .As long as ur a canadian citizen u can stay in anywhere in the world. I have gotten a residnecy permit frm the poilce station once my 180 days saty got over in india and u just renew it.if ur pr u can come to india for a short period time den u need to leave cuz of the applcation. Which I'm aware of.

PRs can stay in India for two to three weeks but there are no written laws anywhere in CIC website that it has to be only two to three weeks..In New Delhi 2013 forum someone was saying that as long as the PR person informs CIC about going to India for few months, it would be ok if his part of sponsorship had been approved..again no written rules that I am aware of..maybe someone else can give you a better information with proof

I have sent my passport on 9th march 2013 and i ordered for GMCS notes which i received few days ago which states that my file has been placed for an interview but till now i didnt received any message from ndvo and my medical is going to expire on 10th september. I request all the senior members of this forum to reply on this.

Same with me. My wife's medical exprires on 11th sept and she is also waiting for interview according to GCMS

They are not scheduling any interviews at the moment because of strike and it's hard time for all of us. You need to wait for few days and NDVO is going to send you email regarding the same.

We waited long enough and I dont know what to think or do anymore..1 year anniversary will pass just like that..NOW i am hoping we will get our visas before NEW YEAR! pshhhhhhhh

NO Comments! Did you go to your MP??? I went last 2 weeks and They are calling me for an interview..so, we are waiting...its 3 of us here in the same situation..

What is the difference between ordering GCMC notes from CAIPS service and AINP program. If I making mistake in naming them then one with 5 dollars and another with 60 dollars. Is it ok do it by our selves with 5 dollars option or 60 dollar one is suggested.
