New Delhi - 2012 applicants

mine criminality is "in progress" from aug last year.did remed in march.no news untill now. feel sorry for u. have patience. what is the due date of criminality in gcms notes. in mine gcms notes it said feb 18 2013

In my GCMS Notes of Jan 30/13 was 2013/01/31 and even on GCMS notes of March 07/13 was also 2013/01/30.

I don't know what that mean now?? the only changes in my both GCMS was the physical paper file is in registry and before it was FC-PA and the other thing in notes in latest GCMS was RPRF scanned copy sent to CIC-M. Yessss and one more thing MP office said that My file has been received by New Delhi office. What that mean?? my file is already here since last August.

I don't know how CIC is working..people who applied even 10 months later already got their visa .

By the way do you have any travel history??

We'd got call from MP office today and he said background check is still in process. What the hack is going on.....My passport is with CHC since September and my application is in Process from 30th October 2012. Now MP office also said that Visa officer may call me to re do medical. as it was expire since 20th Feb 2013. It is really shocking that if they wanted to redo medical what they hack they are doing since Feb 2013?? I am really stuck with this *censored word*ing system of CIC

we had got GCMS noted on 7th march and there was no indication in notes about redo medical. and the only thing criminality "In Progress" since January 2013 GCMS notes.

What should I do now?? I am losing the charm

this part of the year is definitely not for us.Tomorrow is my first wedding anniversary living together for just 2 months in the last year.

While sending the passport in ppr ... do we need to send old passports also which are cancelled.... like i had new passport issued last year for address change and my old passport was cancelled...... pls clarify...i was thinking only in case of expiry or passport got too much stamped and new is taken then we need to give ....

u have to send all the passports u have.fresh and old even the cancelled one too

yes i overstayed in canada.how about security?what did it say not started or pass. i know after criminality they start security.

They Never tell about Security but I know that Security has been passed a long time ago. I am saying this because on my GCMS notes the person who sent us could not able to erase that portion and I can read passed

i order mine gcms notes in late january.they have not started the security check.my lawyer said after criminality they will start security check. because my medical said passed and expired

The last update from MP was to wait til 1st May.

I'm not sure if my country of residence is causing the delay. Really no clue!

Hopefully I will receive my wife passport within this month as we submitted the passport same time as you did.. NVDO received our passport on March 8th, 2013

Please update on spreadsheet. I got my status updated on ecas. It shows "We started processing your application on April 19th/2013"

Date of Application: 13th September, 2012
AOR: Oct 31st/2012
PPR: Feb. 26th/2013
Application In Process: April 19th/2013

Have done the update. All the best!
