can we send original transcript ??????

Your are required to send the Original Transcripts. You can get many original transcripts from your college. It is extract of all your marksheets for entire program on 1 or 2 pages and is sealed in a college/university envelope.

Based on the Immigration Regulations, you need to submit your University transcript in the sealed-envelope provided by the university
good luck

I am sure that Immigration not accepts documents which are not original else you have persuading reasons for that

if i send my original transcript will they send me back or not ?

im confuse bcoz checklist clearly said that they not gona back any documents

In the new checklist it's optional to send transcripts.
But you want to send then they must be original and university sealed envelopes.

They will not give transcripts to you back, they will keep them in their data in your file permanently.
As transcripts copies can be obtained from your respective university. And you can have as many copies as you want, you just have to pay the fees. It's not a degree that you won't have another after that.

Persuade them or convince them that the college is closed now with some solid proof. and only give them the notarized copies of your degrees for now. If they ask for transcripts then give them the reason why you are unable to provide.

PLEASE I NEED YOUR HELP GUYS!!!
Question: I am from the Philippines.Last October 2010, I submitted my application to the CIO in Nova Scotia. Unfortunately, last June this year my application going to Canada was refused. The VISA Officer from Canadian Embassy Manila sent me letters telling the reasons why my application was refused. My question is, when are they going to send me back all the documents I sent them in my application like certificates, transcript of record from my university, birth certificate etc.?Its been 2 months since my application was refused.should I call the Canadian embassy here in Manila and inform them that I haven't received my documents?please help me.Those personal documents are important.I need it back.Thank you.

It was not mentioned in the new guide or checklist that the transcripts should be in a university sealed envelope (or I missed reading it). Hope Seniors will clarify this issue. thanks!
