New CEC - Jan 2014 Applications

Me.. they sent me an email asking for 2013 T4 and NOA on Aug 7, I replied the next day. Since then, I have been waiting, no calls no emails... I have ordered notes, still hope I can get MR ASAP. I don't know if there is anything better I can do than just wait...

I applied in Jan and I have not got MR as well. I see in GCMS notes that that next review date is Feb 2015. May be they will send after that

FEB 2015 is due date of every application who applied in Jan 2014(11 months). Its not a date of second review. Second review hopefully will be before that.

Yes, this is what my understanding is. Feb 2015 is the timeline which they are trying to achieve i.e. 13 months but they will do it before that timeline not waiting till last day and there is nothing like "next review due in Feb 2015" in gcms notes.

No issues, infact it is working faster than usual. . Tried yesterday.

This make sense. Yes, you are right. I don't see any "Next review due in Feb 2015". I see "Due date" as Feb 2015. So I guess it means -
Best case: Case will be looked into much before. Worst case on or after Feb 2015.

Hi,

I got an email from cic for asking " pay online processing fee for spouse online".

During payment of fee I am seeing following options.

Family Class
Quebec Skilled Workers
Provincial Nominee
Protected Person in Canada
Live-in Caregiver
Humanitarian and Compassionate
Spouse and Common-Law Partner in Canada Class
Permit Holder’s Class

There is no CEC so I am confuse Should I choose Family class or Spouse and Common-Law Partner in Canada Class,

I am assuming it will be Canada Class, because in family class the principal applicant fee is $475 while I pay mine $550, Which I can see in Canada class.

Please suggest

To me "Spouse and Common-Law Partner in Canada Class" is the option , Please also get opinion from others too.
