I got AOR on march 3rd and no MR...so I ordered my GCMS notes last month and got it today...the notes said my income appears to be low and my major in University does not match with my job....the thing is my job title is recruitment assistant (1223) and my income is 13.5/hr, which is the minimun wage for this position in Toronto and I studied Psychology at University of Alberta, which is the exact requirement for the position (1223) stated in NOC.....I am just wondering what is wrong with my VO...

My taxable salary is less than my gross salary. my employer pays 1/3 of salary as allowances and it is not taxable. Could this be a problem for PR eligiblity? Any idea what must be minimum taxable salary for NOA 2173?

My taxable salary is less than my gross salary. my employer pays 1/3 of salary as allowances and it is not taxable. Could this be a problem for PR eligiblity? Any idea what must be minimum taxable salary for NOA 2173?

you can check on workingincanada.ca to see the minimum wage for your job title, but I think the salary also depends on different factors, like the company size, your past experience etc...

wow so I got an email today from CPC-CTD Ottawa that contains two questions:

-what was my position at my work place
-what were my regular duties.

Before that they also called my employer to verify the information I had provided before. My boss wasn't there at that time ,
so they just talked to a random person who was available.
That person was an accountant who barely remember me, moreover , she confused me with someone else with the same name and told them
that I was working in the kitchen (!) while my profession is photography lol.

Shortly after that my boss also got an email where they asked him to explain what I was exactly doing there etc.
What a mess!
I'm curious what's gonna happen now...:/

You may have to have your employer to write a letter to explain the situation.

Yep, he already sent them an email, the thing is whether they gonna believe him or not.

my timeline:
Application received: Jan 16th
AOR received: Feb 21st
online status: 'application received'

Any PPRs for Jan applicants ? It's been nearly 3 months we have done our medicals and no update of PPR/RPRF. Not sure what is causing this delay, but have seen some posts of Nov, Dec applicants getting PPR in other forms.

We did our medicals on 2nd August and they appeared on the system as "medicals received" sometime around the 23rd August, so that was about 3 weeks for us mate.

Ps. Please tell me that's not Leeds United?

Was about 3 weeks for ours to show on the system, although the system is not updated with any consistency.

Well at least Toronto FC are as bad as Leeds mate. Get thi sen darn to Barnsley to see some reight footy.
