^The MP's Office will say in most cases that the CIC will not respond if it's still less than the processing time.
But his is not normal at all , Its been 10 months nothing has started , Its better trying rather than sitting and waiting. How CIC will guarantee in next 3 months everything will be done , To me Kapil you should talk to your MP with taking GCMS notes along with you .MenicMonday said:^The MP's Office will say in most cases that the CIC will not respond if it's still less than the processing time.
The CIC doesn't guarantee 13 months of processing, only that 80% of historical cases took 13 months to close and uses this as a benchmark for one to make follow-ups and expect a response.Gurindar said:But his is not normal at all , Its been 10 months nothing has started , Its better trying rather than sitting and waiting. HiGurindar said:I got it what you are trying to say , I am aware of it what you had just mentioned , but He can't sit completely ideal , there should be some reason with what the process haven't started , the GCMS status looks to me its like only 2-3 months has passed whereas its 10 months. But at least worth trying that is what I am trying to say .
