Ways to know for sure:
1. Order GCMS Notes
2. Wait for ECAS to be updated
3. Get your RPRF or PPR.

You can also ask your doctor if he/she uploaded it, to be mostly sure that it will have been received by CIC.

I was asked to submit the employement reference letters to confirm job responsibilities around 2 weeks back. I did that in last week and it got delivered to them. (thought they didn't acknowledge over email etc.)

Today, I see that my ECAS status changed to 'In Process'

So, is it 'OK' to consider that MR may follow soon

OR

This ECAS update was generic and getting MR may depend on whether I am able to satisfy their requirement for employement reference letter.

By this explanation, "In Process" is meaning 3 points:

1. Application Received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC)
We have received your application and will review it in order of receipt. We will send you an acknowledgement letter.

2. Documentation Verified by CIC
We are reviewing your application to make sure it is complete and that no documents are missing. We will return incomplete applications for resubmission.

3. Medical Results Received by CIC
We have received your medical results. We will contact you only if additional tests are needed.

The auto acknowledgement email came in a day...After that no news. For some reason the process seems to have stopped...Otherwise based on updates from prior month I have seen folks getting RPRF within 1-2 weeks of MR

So the acknowledgement email was an auto one. Can you please let me know have you know the CIC have your medical report or not?

I guess same officer is reviewing our files ...

My son was born on 20th-July-2014. I had mailed them regarding this on July 25th, 2014, regarding the documents required for adding my sons PR application. But no reply yet from them.

Thought I'd share part of a post I made on another thread a day or two ago, especially if you are waiting for MR:

I'm a Jan applicant (AOR Feb 28) who should have received MR this week (assuming the regular timeline and no issues on my application). I did some sleuthing on our company's website (boss sanctioned) and found a visit on Google Analytics stats from Ottawa on Aug 5th. We don't get much traffic and this was the only one mapped to Ottawa. So I did a trace on our website logs and the IP resolved to the Canadian government IP block. The user went through every major page (like company info, staff list, etc). Based on MaxMind (they provide geolocation data for IP addresses), the IP was mapped to a street 2 blocks from CIC Ottawa's address - very reasonable range because these are not pinpoint data but relative area/location.

I do these types of tracking/log reviews for my job so I'm keeping out the "gory" details. In short, they have done some research on my company and have had plenty time to do get back to me but I haven't heard anything or received any MR.

In short, CIC visited our company website on Aug 5th and MR was issued on Aug 14. Based on the timeline, there probably is more involved than just doing research on the company who hired you and issuing the MR that very day. So hang in there as everyone has different jobs & employers & credentials, so it would make sense that the "research" process and timeline would be different for each applicant even if they all arrived at the same day!

Did your employer got a call from CIC before they issued MR for you.
