I did my medicals on 17th dec and clinic sent the results in 27th dec. How long it might take to get ppr.
Any other jan 14th applicant with same timelines as mine got ppr?

All my friends got ppt withibg 2 days after cic received med results. Should I be worried or the delay is coz of holidays.

Im seeing in this forum that people are calling CIC call centre for checking their details .Can someome please help which number to contact the cic call centre to check the application status of CEC.
I tried multiple times calling this number 1-888-242-2100, but the reply i got from the agent is we cannot check the status of your CEC applictaion as its processed at the relevant visa office.
I applied 04 th March in Canada and im in Canada currently.No news yet.

Please help.

As far as I know, there is no phone number for CEC applicants. You need to use email or fax.

Hi there,

I got lucky after calling them multiple times, they kept on telling me they can't help. I would say trying calling at 8:00 am and just say u are calling to check if ur medical have been received. You need to call the same number.

So this is the end of my journey. I finally became a Canadian Permenant Resident. I received my passport on 9th Jan and landed on 11th Jan.

Hi guys,

Rec'd Med Req, Biodata and PPR: Nov 20th
Med Done: Dec 20th
Rec'd COPR Email (Passport Req): Jan 9th

I got a question though, once I receive the COPR document, can I go anywhere to do the flagpoling? do i have to book an appointment of some sort? and do u think i can go in a weekend to do this?
