That sounds like a good idea.
The one Andy made can be used as a backup in case anything happens to the public copy (like it did last week)
Once we start getting medicals and other requests from CIC, it might be too much of hassle for one person to put in all data. And it's not like we will get all our requests on the same day either.

Appreciate your thoughts. But then, duplication will not serve any purpose. Though having a back up is always a good idea. When the other 'mentally sick' person is so very committed in locking and deleting our info, I am committed to maintaining this tracker. I am ready for it.

Alternatively, I could also give edit access to two others. This will make the task much easier.
