How will I know doc have uploaded medicals?

I went on nov 6th. Results were uploaded on nov 8th.

It depends on each case and the day you went for test . I think he uploads results on Friday only.

few things you can do to confirm results are uploaded

1) call doctor's office after a week in the evening - his assistant was nice to me when i called in the evening.
2) order gcms - the notes under medical section should say medical results received.
3) call cic call centre - tell that you underwent medical and just want to verify if results are in. if call centre agent asks which kind of application is the medical test for, just tell that you want to use it for trv. dont say its for PR, because the moment they hear PR they'll say that they dont have access to pr files.

Does the doctor give you anything after Medicals? I mean to send it to CIC via email ?

yes, he gives you a medical exam confirmation letter, tracking sheet for the emedicals and receipt for the fess you paid. ONly thing you have to forward CIC if you like is the confirmation letter so that the visa officer is aware that your medicals are done but this is not mandatory.

yes. Since the emeds will show up automatically on your case file as the IME number is linked with it

Doctor will send the results anyways.

Its up to you if you want to notify CPP-O that you have taken medicals. It will not make any difference if you send an email - CPP-Ottawa normally ignores such emails.

I sent 2 emails asking whether results are received: CIC didnt respond to both emails. After about a month after medicals, I got PPR

Thanks for your reply. I asked coz I did the medical on the same day (Dec 2) as you but in Toronto at Dr. Lydon`s clinic. I was hoping that if you went to the same physician then even my results would have been uploaded by now. I called today to check if my results were uploaded and the receptionist said its too early to inquire, it will take 2 weeks :-X :-X.

Anyone who went to Dr. Lyndon for medical recently?

I went on the 4th and they told me its hanna take a couple of weeks to upload as well. Seems like their speed has gone down. lol

I didn't receive the tracking sheet or the receipt. Should I ask for them? Caz I think my insurance should cover physical check ups.

Couple of clarifications:

1) How much time it takes to hear back from CIC on PPR after medicals uploaded by doctor's office?
2) How long normally it takes to have the status on ECAS after doctor's office uploads the result?

My ecas still shows app received after receiving the MR and biodata and RPRF. Should I be concerned?
