Guys...I Just received RPRF request.......

But i didn't get medical request still....... I hope i will be coming in couple of days.....

Can someone who got RPRF before medical tell me within how many days you got medicals from the date you received RPRF? (approx)

Didn't you do upfront medicals? You may not get a request in that case

Yes i did medical upfront but i have been referred for further medical test which is planned Nov end. I am not sure my medical reports are sent to CPP yet. I also didn't send the receipt with bar code to CPP because I wanted send it once everything is cleared.

So i believe i should get a medical request. Any thoughts?

CIC might wait to send you anything till they receive the result from tests you will be doing this month.
either way, if there is nothing wrong with your medical results, it is only a matter of time for you to receive a rprf, biodata, copr, etc.

Booked appointment at Dr Lyndon F. Mascarenhas tomorrow afternoon.

Only booked it for myself. My wife already completed a medical test for her canada trv. As per cic handbook http:/ /www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/op/op15-eng.pdf#page27 , medical results can be reused. but at VO's discretion.

Anybody had this experience with medical? I've emailed Ottawa about my wife's medical test. If they say a new exam is required, I'll get it done next week.

I know people who have used their TRV medical results for PR applications, and the results have been accepted. However, they will not accept results more than an year old, so make sure they are recent.

The general rule is they are valid for 12 months.

Any particular reason why you were referred for further medical test? When you did upfront, did the doctor submit your results to CIC? Even if you dont send the receipt with barcode to CIC, doctor would have already sent it.
