I want to clarify if its necessary one adjusts his resume to the Canada format to stand a good chance of being invited for the job fair. I'd also advise we all check the job fair link as they keep updating the eligible NOCs from time to time.

Yes, I do believe so.
But, if you get an interview and job offer, even better, since you will be able to apply as Skilled Worker with Employer Support
Hi NzKhn,

I've signed up for the Dubai EE session before they close it, Do you know if I can attend the job fair as well if I get the invitation to attend the EE info session? or should I also sign up for the job fair separately?

Sign up for the Job fair separately. Then, if you get the invites for both, you can attend both

Let me try to answer your question. Please note that this is my own opinion from my research. Usually, the process of PNP may take up to a year. 3-6 months to get PNP nomination and another 6 months to conclude the Express Entry process.

Starting with the later, even if your ielts is valid for one day before you secure the EE-ITA then the ielts will be good for the rest of the process. For example, your ielts is expected to expire May 24th 2019, and you secure EE-ITA on May 18th 2019, you will be good.

Now back to the PNP, you also need your ielts to be valid to submit your EOI and I expect that the same rule will apply. By this, I mean if you submit your News Brunswick EOI on May 1st 2019, they may expect that your ielts is still valid as at the time they review your application. But, the whole idea is that once you are able to secure the PNP nomination which automatically gives you 600 points, you should be able to write another ielts and at this stage and it doesn't have to be super good. Remember you already have 600 points in your pocket.

Let me put all this in perspective, my ielts expires June 2019 and I am also hoping to get the invite to the information session. All things being equal, the opportunity comes up say in October 2018 for folks who have attended Information Session to submit EOI. We expect that by January or at most March 2019 we should secure the PNP nomination. Within the next 2 weeks, one should secure the EE-ITA and boom...that’s it.....no need to rewrite ielts.

I hope my little illustration above gives you some peace of mind. Once again, this is just my own opinion, others can comment.
