Which NOC code you applied for ?Quite possible it might be French or English.
However, I don't think that matters here since NBNP will look into your IELTS or TEF to determine your eligibility .
Even in IELTS exam we need to mention our first language which is our mother tongue.
Hi,I did apply on both days. However the best for you would to send an email to NB authorities asking about the same.
Thanks for the suggestion I called them and they confirmed that 'If you file whenever it is open, it is fine".
