NEW AUGUST 2019 VERSION OF IMM 5476 - USE OF REPRESENTATIVE

Hello,

I was just finalising the application for the Spousal Sponsorship of my wife. We are using a representative (lawyer) in this process.

So we had to fill the IMM 5476 Use of a Representative Form. This form which I filled had the version (09-2015) at the bottom.

During my final version check I noticed that they now have a new IMM 5476 form with version (08-2019).

Should I replace the form which I currently have printed and signed with the new updated Aug 2019 form ??

Is there some kind of grace period when these Form versions change ??

There usually is a small grace period, but I would always advise to go with the most recent version as long as it's feasible.
