You are not the applicant. Your wife is the applicant. Please put the email id that you have used in her PR application and also her birth date. And my advice is that the web form be filled completely in her name. Even the person requesting the information should be her. This way no confusion.

Raise a web form explaining situation and ask them to please resend the letter or issue a new letter. And also send email to the Delhi immigration email id with the same request. Put the file number and UCI in the subject as well as in the body of the email

Same here, have not received any sms . I think this is because the package (which has the sms/courier form) has not yet been opened. I believe they will open it in Delhi after which we will start receiving sms etc. SMS service is by VFS and not by Bluedart.

Those forms are to be enclosed in the package with the passport and are for use by VFS.
