my visa got rejected with the reason that "your proposed studies and previous studies are not reasonable and ur current employment and future plans and prospectus".i want to re apply again for jan intake can u please guide me how to write my sop and any other supportive documents needed to be produces dis tym. can u please forward ur sop to my mail im not getting a sample sop on internet also. bathulasrivishnu@gmail.com. plz brother help me it would be so kind of you.
 
Many congratulations to you, well me too in same situation but m waiting for my approval although me too have attached a strong appeal letter but not college bonadife...wat chances were der?? Little nervous but prepared for worst.
 
Hai..my second rejection was same lik yours ...how you over come this...i dont want you to share your sop..but tell me how you justify this in your sop??
 
i got a support letter from my college in canada stating how my course is related to my previous education and on what basis have they given me admissions, like my academics and ielts score, which is above the minimum requirement,, also mention in the sop ur plan of action, as to why canada and why the particular course and how itl help you when u return to your country.

when it comes to documents,, i did not submit itr or form 16 or any bank papers.. only gic and tution fees reciept

How to add Bonafide letter?
 
Vidimathi : I also got rejected under general category stating the same reason : As other reasons " your proposed study and previous employment and future plans" and my college is starting from sep 2 . I applied on June 19 and got dispatch mail today.They took nearly 2 months which is beyond the normal processing time.So what should i do . Should i reapply again with the documents that u mentioned,or else wait for Caips letter but by then wont be able to make it for sep intake.has to apply for jan intake then.So please advise what can done asap.Since have very less time in hand for this intake.Should i send out an email to college regarding the rejection and attach the letter with email.

So please advise guys.

Its a letter from college stating uv been a bonafide student of the college for so n so duration and that uv been at ur best behaviour n etc etc.
Your college should have the format.
send in an application, that should do it.

Extremely sorry for the rejection. with ur college starting on the 2nd, re applying now wouldnt be a smart move, id suggest you to order for caips and calmly apply for next term. itl increase ur chances for a visa rather than rushing with it.
