Hello members, I would like to know if there are cases where you never heard back from IRCC and they did not give you a final decision about your study permit application.
Never got a final decision regarding study permit application.

Yeah most likely there is no chance that they haven't received their decision.
Are you in SDS or Non-SDS category?
For me, it's been 8 weeks for me since I got my BVL and my medical updated. Still the status is showing 'in progress'. Already submitted the IRCC webform but no response.
From India (Delhi) - SDS category
Application applied on - 12th June 2023
Biometric - 16th June 2023
Medical Updation - 21st June 2023
Background and Eligibility - In Progress
My friend and I submitted the file together with the same profile and course but he got his PPR in just 5 days and here I am still waiting. I don't know why such a long wait.

What do you mean bvl? do you mean you had your biometrics collected on June 16th?
BVL is biometric verification letter. It will appear as Correspondence letter in your GCkey.
But @Sharathkrh98 said he applied on June 12th. I suppose he could not get bvl on June 16th, he may mean he had his biometrics collected on June 16th.
