I received bvl on July 28 and rejection on Aug 23.

But @Sharathkrh98 said he applied on June 12th. I suppose he could not get bvl on June 16th, he may mean he had his biometrics collected on June 16th.

What do you mean bvl? do you mean you had your biometrics collected on June 16th?

No update brother, and they do not reply to my webforms. They appear to have completely ignored me, which drives me mad. I rack my brain and could not understand why they withhold the final decision.

I think you can trust the MP. The GCkey and Tracker do not always reflect the real situation of one's application. I am actually in the same situation as you. I have waited for two months and I am required by the school to have the study permit by mid August.

where did you apply from? 19 weeks are definitely a very long processing time. But since your background checking is completed, medical was passed, review of your eligibility should have been started. Anyway I think you will get your ppr before deadline.
