Guys need urgent help

I sent the university transcripts envelope to IQAS from universities post office.
But the envelope doesn't include academic request form.

Is that mandatory?
What should I do now?

HI ! i have provisional certificate for my MA (signed and stamped by registrar on the university's letterhead). Can I send it to IQAS? Will they approve it?

Hello all...greetings, currently I am also having same problem regarding the university courier. I am living in UAE since 10 years and I am planning to go for ECA through IQAS. Now the problem is my university maybe not send transcript directly to IQAS. In second option what should I do? I have master's degree that's why I want to go with IQAS for strong report. I already have sealed envelop of transcript with my friend in India. Kindly suggest me the good, easy and convenient way to process the ECA.

I called IQAS recently to confirm a few doubts and here is the response:

Me: I called my University (SVU, Tirupati, AP) and they told me that they will not send the transcripts directly to IQAS. What are my options?
IQAS: No problem. You can send the sealed transcript envelope along with the other relevant documents (such as ECA Checklist and the documents mention in that) in a single packet to IQAS. Please ensure the Academic Request form is signed by the authority concerned

Me: IQAS mentions that only the highest educational certificates be sent for evaluation. I have a Bachelor of Commerce (3 Years) + Master of Commerce (2 Years). Do you want me to send only the masters or both?
IQAS: Hmmm... Send Both

Me: My Surname is initialised on my certificates (Midhun Reddy S), but my Passport has my full name (Midhun Reddy Samireddy)...
IQAS: Include an affidavit that mentions these details and include that with the documents. The affidavit should mention that it is the same person
Me: A notary will be sufficient?
IQAS: Yes

Hi could you please let me know if the class awarded plays a major part in the evaluation of a degree? I have M.com and LLB degrees. So, which ones should I evaluate if I have to consider even working as a Law Professional in future?

I have got 3 years bachelor's degree from Wes.

As I'm pursuing pgdm for 2 years from NMIMS distance education.

Any idea, whether IQAS will consider masters if I send them for evaluation post pgdm is completed???

1. Four-year undergraduate degree program
2. Two-year graduate diploma program

Both degrees are from India.

Now while creating the profile in express entry portal, which option should I select in level of education:
1. Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years;
OR
2. Master's degree, or professional degree needed to practice in a licensed profession

Please help which option my ECA lies in as this will create a difference of 7 CRS in my application.

Thanks for the reply; however IQAS document states that Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in India is considered equivalent to Masters of Business Administration for a specific set of colleges listed under Association of Indian Universities (AIU) and my college is listed in AIU. IQAS guidelines states the following:

"Two-year fulltime Management programs from institutions whose PGDM is equated with MBA by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) "

Can I challenge the ECA report as this is what their website states, whereas the ECA report is not in line with the guidance on their website?

You can try. In the last column it states “Generally compares to the completion of a Master of Business Administration degree.” So it doesn’t mean that it is equivalent. Not sure how long you waited but it will take a while for reassessment.

Hi Everyone, thanks to all who are helping people like us who are seeking help with their IQAS ECA. I have been facing so much of troubles while making a successful payment of my application. Each time it says "Daily limit of IQAS ECA quota has been reached please try again later at 8:15 AM Alberta time". Does anyone have any success with this or any other do's to make it a successful payment ? Any help would be highly appreciated !

Hi everyone, does anyone facing problem with IQAS ECA. For the past few days, I have been trying to register a new application but each time I get a message limit for a maximum number of applications in a day has been reached try again tomorrow.
What are the other reliable alternatives of IQAS? Any suggestion on how to register for a new application?

Hi everyone, I have received my ECA from IQAS and it says bachelor degree equivalent to four years bachelors but they evaluated my masters equal to one year of masters.

So, will it be considered as masters or one or more certificates, diplomas .....in express entry profile ?
