Negative decision and appeal dismissed....please help

A friend of mine got negative decision in dec 2020 and he make appeal but RAD dismissed his appeal what should he do now and what will expected...

Very tough to recommend without knowing more of their situation. Has their lawyer made a suggestion? Has the lawyer identified an error in the initial hearing or appeal that would make a good argument for a judicial review. Doesn’t sound like they have children so would not qualify for an H&C yet. Depending what country they are from PPRA has a better or worse chance of approval

India is a very diverse country. Persecution due to your religion would be a tough argument. Had he relocated to another area of India that has a larger number of people practicing his same religion? Agree that he should get a new lawyer but he should also have a discussion about whether he has a case for asylum. What prompted him to seek asylum in Canada? Unfortunately there are many examples of Indian nationals arriving in Canada having been given incorrect advice that getting asylum in Canada will be very easy.
