Needed Help (MPNP Applications Delay)

Hello everybody;
My representative submitted my application in January 2013 (General Stream by mail) to the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program Office in Winnipeg. I have not received any notice yet. I'm thinking that there is a lot of time without news (1 year and 3 month). Anybody can help me with any notice about delays?
I'm reading some comments here about that email applications are faster than mail. Can I apply by email having submitted my application by mail in order to obtain faster answer?
I don't know what can I do, I need orientation.

No, I don't have my file number yet. I'm very worried

U should email to mpnp and tell them each and every thing . Outhervise tell them ur sponsor visit mpnp office.

I wrote them and my sponsor too in January 2014 and they answer to my sponsor:
We received you application and it is on queue for processing.
... and the time is running without signs. It is normal?
