    Hello everybody; My representative submitted my application in January 2013 (General Stream by mail) to the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program Office in Winnipeg. I have not received any notice yet. I'm thinking that there is a lot of time without news (1 year and 3 month). Anybody can help...
