Need visa for spouse -I am PR holder

Hi ,
I got my PR and waiting to get my PR card . I am getting married in August . I would like to know the best way bring my wife from india to canada .
Can i apply PR immediately after marriage and apply Visit visa ??
or can i apply visit visa apply before marriage and apply PR once she is here.

As i know PR processing time in india is 13+ months . which is long processing time .. is there temporary way to get my wife here after marriage ..

Please suggest me a best way ..

You have to sponsor her as a spouse in the category family sponsorship. You can try to apply for a temporary visitor visa to bring her to Canada first but most of the times these TRV are refused because CIC expects these people to overstay their tourist visa

An application for a visitor visa doesn't affect your PR. But the chances to get a visitor visa approved are really small.
She needs a lot of proof that she will return to her country (job, property...)

TRV for your future wife will be difficult if CIC knows that her future husband is in Canada. She can try TRV independently but depends on the strength of her application. She can also try student visa provided she can afford costs. Eventually you will have to apply for spousal sponsorship once you are married. Please keep collecting records of your relationship at every stage.
