Hey guys,
I have an urgent issue. My husband is the principal applicant and we both are citizens of india. When he initially applied we were unmarried and got married after he submitted the application. Now they have reprocessed the application by adding me as a spouse and now we have recived the email to submit our passports. Our application was processed india inspite of us mentioning it in our previous emails multiple times that neither him or i stay in india. He currently lives in uk and i live in usa. How do i resolve the issue? Web portal tool takes a lot of time to process and we only have a limited amount of time. We do not have any email to respond to regarding this issue. I please need urgent advice. Did any of you face this issue?

I don't think the location of the application processing will make any difference.
You can raise a CSR to get clarification on your application but that will take weeks.
The best would be to call the help desk and get the confirmation from there.
You may need to be on the call for 20-30 min but it is still better than waiting 2-3 weeks to get response on your CSR.
