The description for your NOC code does state that you would have a B.Ed, but this seems weird to me too (I'm based in the UK, where many people who go into teaching do a regular BA or BSc and then a 1-year PGCE, or other teaching qualification, and it is possible to be a teacher without the specialist teaching qualification at some schools). At the end of the day, a B.Ed is a Batchelors degree, so since you have a Batchelors in another subject, and are actually doing the job, I can't see how it would be misrepresentation - it's the same level of education. I take it you'd have no problem in getting a letter from your work confirming that this is your job, and your duties match those of the NOC code? If so, I'd go ahead with the profile, but perhaps other teachers have better advice?
