Need urgent help - visitor -workpermit -?

It's the best informative forum for any kind of information regarding immigration.
I have a visitor visa which got converted into work permit n now I want to visit my home country for two weeks. Which visa should I apply, document, forms bcoz permit says this is not the guaranteed re-entry.

Work permit cannot be used for re-entry. Apply for a TRV.

visitor visa and work permit are totally different league.. to travel to Canada you would definitely need TRV or eTA

I am not familiar with forms to be filled for this and what all documents to be attached along, and also whether this application should be a paper based or online?

Online application. Fill out the come to Canada tool and apply using your GC key and the required forms.

Hi, Can you plz be specific or if you can send me a link to the temporary resident visa forms, bcoz whenever I'm searching, I'm getting only IMM5257 which is to be filled outland but I'm already working.
1. I require the list of Forms to be filled.
2. documents which have to be attached along.
