I HAVE TALKED TO THE VFS PEOPLE, THEY SAID; EMBASSY WILL SEND YOU BIL(biometric request) only then my spouse has to go to provide their fingerprints.

Same here brother, I have also applied online for my wife's SOWP, but I haven't received a biometric request, although I'd paid the fees for this.
