My girlfriend applied for TRV in Moscow back in February, and was denied.
I live in Canada and I sent her an invitation letter, my income statement, proof of citizenship, employment letter.
She also submitted proofs for:
- Bank statements (3 months + 10K Cad savings account )
- She owns a business with decent income and has people working for her.
- Apartment, car, both in her name.
- Return tickets
- Had somewhat of a travel history ( Spain, Turkey, Israel, Italy in the last 4 years).
She was refused on ground of Travel history, Financial, Family Ties and non return to home country.
- Since then i ordered Officer notes and it contains pretty much the same information.
- She traveled to Dominican Rep, Italy, USA
- Her financial situation got better and she will have "better" bank statements available to her.
We want to try to apply again and we wonder if we should go through the invitation process again or weather she should try for an independent tourist visa to visit USA West coast and Canada.
We don't want to get a second refusal and wondering which way to go about it.
Any input is appreciated!
