Need to Renew my PR Card but getting a password is invalid

Hi guys,

trying to login but says PW invalid, even though it was saved. (Note this password was for my accound whan i was applying for PR over 5 yrs ago)
Will it be the same account or do you make a new accound for PR?

Becauce i have pressed the forgot password several times over the last 3 days bur im not getting any email.
