Need some help please on the province.

These are my qualifications and experience. Can you please tell me which province I can apply.

diploma in apparel design n fabric tech 3 years,
diploma in fashion & apparel 2 years,
B.sc in fashion Apparel design,
M.sc in costume design and fashion 2 years.

completed 2 years experience in college as a fashion design lecturer.
