I am looking to get some information on current Biometric situation in India. My parents are currently in Canada on visitor extension, we also paid biometric fees during application for visitor extension, but IRCC didn't send letter for biometrics., nor we have received any refund yet.
I am not sure if my parents can give their biometrics while they are inside Canada because they never gave biometrics before anywhere, I have submitted web form to IRCC asking them for Biometric letter but I am not sure if we would get it. But I am looking seeking possible options since they will be required to give biometrics in new application for future, if they can't get it done in Canada.
Any recommendations / suggestions / thoughts would be very much appreciated.
