Need serious help or advice!

Here is my dilemma, I appreciate any advice...

I sponsored my wife to come live with me, she lives in Gaza, her application was accepted and she was told to send her passport to
the visa office in Egypt to acquire the visa.

My issue is this, she was given till the end of 31st January 2015 to be in Canada or her visa will expire, as you know, the border between
Gaza and Egypt is closed indefinitely. They only had it open several times in the past week for a one side entry only from Egypt to Gaza, not the other way around.

I tried calling, no answer, I emailed the visa office in Egypt, the Canadian embassy in Israel and the Canadian embassy in Egypt, none of them cared to reply to me, I don't know what to do.

Please help me with this as I have no clue what to do and I don't want
my wife's visa to expire while shes still waiting to enter Canada.

Why does your wife need to travel to Egypt. Could she not leave via an airport in Israel? Or is it a matter of mailing her passport to the office in Israel?

Did you read my post properly? As you know I'm sure, no one from Gaza is allowed into Israel. The passport has to be mailed to Egypt not Israel ( in my original post ), getting the passport stamped with the visa is the easy part, it's leaving the country that we have an issue with.

The issue is not sending the passport, the issue is my wife not being able to travel due to the border being closed...Egypt wont allow anyone in and israel wont either. Gaza people are trapped and can't go anywhere.
