The issue is not sending the passport, the issue is my wife not being able to travel due to the border being closed...Egypt wont allow anyone in and israel wont either. Gaza people are trapped and can't go anywhere. I just did, I hope she can help me.

Did you read my post properly? As you know I'm sure, no one from Gaza is allowed into Israel. The passport has to be mailed to Egypt not Israel ( in my original post ), getting the passport stamped with the visa is the easy part, it's leaving the country that we have an issue with.
