I have done pg diploma (pratical element of mechanical engg) from canada, now i want to apply for M Engg (mechanical). my overall IELTS score is 6.5 and each module are
l 7.5
r 7
s 5.5
w 5.5
can i apply with these score ?

You need to improve your English skills buddy. You've made way too many mistakes in one paragraph. Anyways, IELTS scores are valid for 2 years.

Must improve your speaking and writing if you want to be eligible.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

For undergrads IELTS is 6 with no band less than 5.5

And


For Post GRAD, IELTS is 7 with no band less than 6.5/6

what if got exemption from college? what documents should present to Visa officer?
or just mention in SOP.

I don't think it's necessary for Visa application. It's not mentioned in checklist and i applied without it.

There must be condition(s) specify that will qualify one for exemption, the moment that condition stated is met, then u are tru.

5.5 is not recommended please re take ielts examination and try to score not less than 6.0 in any of the section

Today i have submitted my application under general category.
I have also submitted exemption email from college and also send my TOEFL score (total 69)
how it will influence my visa process?
