I need to know what are the job situation there Like odd jobs for students part time jobs actually and how Good is the area and university ??

Kamloops is a small town so job availability will be limited.

Winters are cold and summers are very hot... and the scenery is..well, sub par considering its in British Columbia which is known as the most beautiful place in Canada's west coast. But one consolation is that the town has a higher ratio of women compared to men (game on!)

Can't say anything about TRU though i've heard its a decent university but not as great compared to UBC or SFU.
