Need help with study visa

Anyone who is unemployed for 15months, had express entry profile and withdrawn it as they didn't receive ITA has applied and received study visa.

I will apply to study permit this month
I got admission for Master's degree
I have work experience of 2years and currently unemployed for 13months
I i had express entry profile but didn't receive ITA so i withdrawn it recently
Could you please help me to address these issues in my sop
Is there chance of visa refusal

Every temporary visa application has a dual intent and you fit right in since you’ve applied for a permanent visa application in the past. Would be difficult explaining you’d return to home country but not impossible. But your chances of visa is 40-60
