NEED HELP WITH LEGALLY STAY IN CANADA

Hi everyone

My WORK PERMIT is going to expired in middle of AUG 2010, and is unlikey to get a POSITIVE LMO.but i just got a e-mail form FSW-
Centralized-Intake-Office, they give me a number and let me know i can send my app to BUffalo USA.

So i guss i can send my PR app to Buffalo before my WP expired

so my Question is can i stay in canada work legally while my PR application is in process?

You can probably stay in canada while you are waiting for the processing of your PR application, but you definitely can't work legally once your WP has expired
