Hello Everyone,

My Parents secured their Supervisa last year in January 2023, an immigration consultant did their supervisa application and approved their visas, however in that application under " children section" , representative mentioned only me as their Son, however I do have two married sisters as well, but they were not mentioned under " Children section " in supervisa application of my parents.

Now last month, I received an invitation for parents & grandparents sponsorship for my parents and I am currently filling out forms for them, Can someone please advise if I should mention my sisters details this time under form IMM5406 Additional family information in parents' PR application, which was missed out in their supervisa application last year ? and if yes, how should I justify this ?

I really want to make information clear this time and do not want to miss out on anything, if someone can please advise what should I do ?

Thank you kindly

Not much anyone can say. They should tell the truth this time and 'explain.'

But there's no explanation: they signed a false document/allowed their authorized representative to submit false information.

Will IRCC care/do something about it? Hard to say. on the one hand, whether or not you have sisters is probably not material (wouldn't ahve changed decision) [which of course makes it a VERY stupid lie]. But IRCC might think differently.

Not much you can do about it but tell the truth and hope it works out.
