need help with form IMM 5257 schedule 1: pls help brynna

Hello,
I am applying visitor visa for my parents, do i need to fill imm 5257 schedule 1 form or not?
So far i have completed IMM 5257E, IMM 5645E, document checklist and consent form for vfs.
Any other forms that I am missing?
My parents are not using representative.

Use the tool to generate a comprehensive checklist, if the Schedule 1 is marked as mandatory then yes, if not you can ignore.

Hai Apply03,

The instructions is very clear,If your answer is YES to any of the Question 3, 4, 5, and 6 then you need to fill out Schedule 1, if not then No.

Your maternity is nothing to do with your parents TRV, But depends on how they present their case to Immigration officer.
