I applied for PR application under CEC in Feb 2014 . Now I got job offer in Switzerland and want to work there...but i want to return to canada....

How much i could delay my application as i want to work maximum time in Switzerland before returning to canda
For eg..AFTER i get COPR i will have 1 year there..as COPR has 1 year validity

Can somebody please guide me starting from MAY 2014 . How long i can work in switzerland before i have to return to canada for accepting into Permanent resident !!
I need exact timelines guys..as i want to job for minimum for 18 months in switzerland ?

u can go to Switzerland now and work. just update CIC with ur address, so they can contact u.

when u get copr, you can return to canada for a week or less - and become pr. after pr you can go back to switzerland and finish ur contract.

COPR validity starts from the date your medical is received by CICS. So if your medical was received on 20th Sep. then you will COPR will be valid for 1 year from that date.

You can continue working there after you are done landing before expiry date on your Single entry visa. But after you enter Canada you must have Travel Document or PR card to travel and to seek entry in Canada again. If not needed to travel but its needed to enter Canada. PR card usual take 1-2 month and you can also apply for Travel document from Switzerland.
