there's a possibility of course but it is very low. they don't refuse (very rarely) u, once they ask or passport. but remember they can always ask for more documents and in return u have to wait for more days. more months they take, more documents expire like police clearance & medicals. then...

I would suggest start another process of getting PCC. Also contact your High commission office, and tell them you already sent PCC with package.

You can apply again, but make sure to satisfy those reasons stated in the refusal letter. It is very rare to get refused, after getting a full stipend!

it can be done, if u more documents to support that u r trying to better. a good ielts will help a lot.

it is recommended. but not a must. it may increase ur chance for visa. if you are very bad in english, u don't have to submit ielts. but i think u shud do ielts test.

low grade is not a reason for visa rejection. they just want to make sure u are a genuine student and genuinely wants to go canada for study purpose.

u will have to apply for a visitor visa, since ur future wife will be worker (at most). no basis as none of u r canadian or PR. u will have to gather documents for normal visitor visa. u will have to satisfy the VO that u will leave canada after ur visit (which will be tough to prove). it...

:-X there is no good place. it depends on what work u do, and if that work is valuable to canada. my advice is where ever u go, study hard and get good result. then u can work anywhere in canada of ur choosing.

it will take more time. open means a file is in waiting to be reviewed. under processing means a VO has touched ur file and currently working with it.

yes visitor visa is what u need. there is nothing called 'student visa'. you have a study permit - now u need a visa. apply online. it will be approved with in a month or so.
