Need help to reply CIC - Family Information (IMM 5406)

Additional Family Info IMM5406: A current, completed and signed Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) for the Principal Applicant and all dependents aged 18 and over, whether accompanying or not. Each individual must sign their own copy of this form by hand.

I misunderstood and didn't submit IMM5406 form in initial application. I am filling it now.
My mother is only applicant and I believe only she needs to (fill &) sign this form. Can you please confirm?

I am confused because of above text, I have bold & colored it. Can you please give some direction.

Does you mother have any kid that's between 18 and 21? And any spouse or common-law partner?
If so, they have to fill 5406.

Form asks U to fill all blood relatives of applicant like BROTHERS AND SISTERS as well.

any spouse or common-law partner? - No my father has passed away.

So that means only my mother needs to fill the form, thanks...

Yes, I am filling information for all, and wanted to confirm that no other family member needs to fill / sign same form separately.
