Dear all, I am a registered practical nurse (passed exam and registered in college of nurse ontario). I currently work in a pediatric clinic helping and assisting the doctor. My job duty includes administrate vaccines, gather patients' health information, perform tests such as swab/urine, apply simple dressing, simple health assessment. My trouble is my hourly pay is only 13 dollars. My agent have helped me to send out PR application and I've got file number already:
1. I have recently applied for BOWP by the help of the CEC file number, result is still pending
2. I don't really think my PR application is gonna be approved because i have such low pay, that's why I want to maybe withdraw my CEC after my WP issued and start a new application again
3. Haven't found a new employer, I will try too. But if i am not that lucky to find another equivalent RPN position and have to stay in the same clinic; is there any other NOC code which can fits me to apply CEC again? I think my employer is willing to increase my salary but it won't be more that 5 dollars. As i know, RPN is averagely 25 dollars/hour. But with only one year WP, not many organizations are willing to hire me.
Thank you

Salary is irrelevant for CEC application. If the clinic and your position is genuine (and CIC will sure try to verify that due to low salary) you should have no issues.

Hello Senior, my job duties is real, I am not eligible to do vaccines if i am not a RPN or a RN. And there not way for my boss (pediatrician) to lie to help me. So do you think that I should wait to see the CEC result first??
