If your charge is withdrawn and u have mentioned it to cic..it wouldnt be a problem at all. The us boarder won't challenge you this issue because you just flag pole and not entering to the us..I have the same situation as you do...charge withdrawn and landed through rainbow bridge on April 10...

I have those mistakes plus my marital status is wrong...I have informed them so many times I was married...since my husband is a citizen...so any special I need to bring for landing
